We create and sell custom 3D printed gifts and 3D lithophane products, including bookmarks, keyrings, greeting cards, and other personalized items. All products are made to order.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and we make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

3. Custom Orders

For custom lithophane orders, you grant us permission to use the images you provide solely for the purpose of creating your ordered product. We will not use, share, or reproduce your images for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

You confirm that you own the rights to any images submitted for custom orders or have obtained necessary permissions from the copyright holder. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from copyright infringement related to images you provide.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though prices are guaranteed at the time of order placement.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Orders and Availability

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order - acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Production and Shipping

All items are made to order with a typical production time of 3-5 business days before dispatch. Custom orders may require additional time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed information. In summary:

  • Standard items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition
  • Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged
  • We will replace or refund damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dahlia & Dust or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dahlia and Dust and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Product Use and Safety

Our lithophane products are intended for indoor decorative use only. They should be kept away from extreme heat (above 50°C), direct flame, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Products should be handled with care as they may break if dropped.

We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or failure to follow product care instructions.

11. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that information on our site is accurate, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
