Refund policy

At Dahlia & Dust, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All of our products are carefully crafted 3D printed and 3D printed lithophanes, made to order with attention to detail.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are faulty or not as described. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Custom and personalised lithophane products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival, as these are made specifically to your specifications.

How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, please contact us at lifeinlitho@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
