Processing Time
All Dahlia & Dust products are made to order. If ordering a 3D printed lithophane it will be carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your item is dispatched.
Custom and personalised orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available at checkout)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £30.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your package's journey.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you're located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at lifeinlitho@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lifeinlitho@gmail.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
